SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Date of delivery and delivery time may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Usually, the delivery is done in 3-7 business days. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments (if ordered multiple items).
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT:
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately including details such as order ID and reference number.).
NON AVAILIBILITY ON DELIVERY:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number to the shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Gladiator India offers FREE gifts with some products. Due to false complains by some customers, that they didn't recieve the FREE gift. We have adopted a new policy to make sure our customers get the best products and service. All you have to do is before opening the product just take a short video, this will help us a lot in the process incase you didn't recieve your FREE Gift.
PROOF OF DELIVERY:
For some delivery locations & for some high-value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the goods. Feel free to contact us, if you have any questions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Not happy with the product? We will make it right for you. The products come with 7 days return policy. Make sure the product is not used or damaged as we will not able to take it back.
When sending a complain about the damaged product received, make sure to send us the picture of the product so we start the verification of the product from our side and start the refund process.
